All payments must be made in full before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Refund Policy

This is Do My Proctored Exams's return policy. Please read it carefully.

If Do My Proctored Exams's service does not meet your expectations, you may seek a refund if we get it within five days of the order's completion. Refund applications made after the deadline will not be considered. In circumstances when we are unable to fulfil the requested services, we will give a percentage-based refund. If you do not file a refund request within five days of purchase fulfillment, all parties will believe the services were supplied correctly.

When your refund request arrives within five days:

  • When the service is begun, a specific percentage-based reimbursement will be provided.
  • The refund is granted within one month after the service purchase.
  • Rush service charges are not included in the refund. Rush orders and same-day modifications are also non-refundable.

How to Get a Refund?

To get your refund request approved, you must meet the following requirements:

  • We will notify you via email if your request for a refund is acceptable.

Policy for Non-responsive Clients:

If a client has not talked to us in 45 days, we won't take their order or return their money. The client can put the project on hold for any reason. However, the client must pay $150 to start the process again.
